General Information on NMRA's ServSafe® food safety training and certification for managers:
The Management Certification Class
Certification is a key element of developing professionalism in the industry. A certification from National Restaurant Association Solutions requires assessment, including testing, and an evaluation of education and/or experience. Attendees who successfully complete the course and pass the exam will receive a certification from NRA Solutions which is nationally recognized and valid for 5 years. The 8-hour course (including a lunch break) will utilize the ServSafe Manager Book and approved videos.
$125 per person for NMRA Members $175 per person for non-members
Payment and Confirmation Information
You must enroll and remit payment at least 5 business days prior to the class. Cancellations and changes occurring within 5 business days of a scheduled class are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.
It is recommended that attendees study prior to class. If you have already paid the registration fee, a 6th edition ServSafe Manager Book will be sent by US priority mail to the address listed on your registration form within 2 business days from registration. If you choose to pay later by invoice, please note that the registration is not confirmed until payment is received. A textbook will be sent only upon confirmed payment.
Course will be held at the New Mexico Restaurant Association Offices, 9201 Montgomery NE Suite 602, Albuquerque.

NMRA offers ServSafe® food safety training and certification for managers as well as employees by certified ServSafe instructors. This training is certified by National Restaurant Association Solutions.
