Your Voice in New Mexico Government
The New Mexico Restaurant Association represents the restaurant industry before the courts, the state Legislature, and state government including the Alcohol and Gaming Division, the Department of Labor and other government agencies.
NMRA is the only statewide trade association in New Mexico representing the foodservice industry on issues critically impacting the restaurant industry such as: minimum wage/tip credit, food safety, and alcoholic beverage service. We have a full-time lobbyist who represents our members at the Legislature and an active Government Affairs Committee. Finally, NMRA provides members with a variety of information on how to comply with the minimum wage and tip credit laws, labor rules and regulations, youth employment provisions, the liquor control act and many other state and federal requirements.
