As CEO, Carol is the leader of the NMRA staff. She is responsible for carrying out the mission and vision of the organization and for implementing programs and services that are a benefit to NMRA members.

Delayne is responsible for the soliciation of new members to the association.

Mary is responsible for board administration, membership retention and membership services.

Victor teaches the Alcohol Server Certification classes that are mandatory in New Mexico for anyone selling or serving alcohol as well as nationally certified ServSafe Food Safety Education courses for managers and employees.
 

Victoria is responsible for the Hospitality Industry Education Foundation, which administers NMRA's scholarships. She is also involved with all aspects of industry education including ServSafe food safety training and alcohol server education. Victoria also administers the ProStart Program.

Charged with member and non-member communications, Gina is responsible for publishing the association publications, the Southwest Restaurateur and Que Cookin', our e-newsletter. In addition, she is the webmaster for the association website. Advertising inquiries should be directed to Gina's attention.

Mary teaches alcohol server certification courses statewide.

Cindy handles bookkeeping and financial business for the association.
 

Scott teaches Alcohol Server Certification statewide.

Allison handles all aspects of government relations. She is our staff lobbyist and prepares NMRA Position Papers.
