Dominic Valenzuela is the owner/ operator of Tako Ten.  Tako Ten opened August 17th , 2020.  Right in the middle of this Pandemic some would say.  They offer an array of Baja California style Tacos – or TaKos like they like to spell them, some non traditional tacos , Smashed patty burgers,  and some various styles of French fries.   They take pride in being able to cater to as many palettes , preferences , and specialty diets as possible.  90% of their menu is Gluten Free as well as offering some vegan and vegetarian options & other low carb and healthier alternatives.   They have received a huge outpouring of support from the heights neighborhood ( located at the corner of Tramway and Candelaria), as well as the rest of Albuquerque.   They love to serve their community and always offer their services for fund raisers and support to those in need.
