HB 482  – REDUCE SOME UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

BACKGROUND: 

Bill Synopsis:
House Bill 482 (HB 482), sponsored by Larry Larrañaga,  relates to unemployment compensation; requests reducing an individual’s weekly benefit amount from fifty-three and one half percent to forty-five percent for insured work paid to the individual in that quarter.  This bill has the bill has the potential to lower future SUTA bills.
