Here is one of the highlights we received from Alcohol and Gaming Division:
Effective April 25, 2017, we no longer require either servers or their employers to have an original or copy of their card.
Instead, the employer must have the current list of all servers, including server numbers and expiration dates. No cards are necessary, as per NMAC 15.11.2 However, we will still provide a replacement card on request.
We hope this change in the law reduces or eliminates the need for replacement cards.
